Shishir Singh, Ph.D, 66, passed over and started his journey on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Saratoga Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Agra, India on Feb. 1, 1958 and was the son of the late Prem and Padma Singh. He was educated in the India School system. Dr. Singh was a professor at Empire State College in Saratoga, NY. He was a devoted and practing Hindu.
He was the beloved husband of Rachna Singh; devoted father of Utkarsh Singh and Yognidra Singh both of Canada.
Private Hindu ritual will be held on Tuesday from the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, New York 12065.
