Rosalind D. "Roz" Melewski Obituary
Rosalind D. Melewski, “Roz” a long time resident of Halfmoon, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025 after a short illness. She was 91.
Roz worked as a paralegal at a private law firm and then at the NYS Insurance Department and the Department of Social Services.
A private ceremony for relatives and friends will be held at the GBH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Those attending are asked to assemble between 10:40 a.m. and 10:55 a.m. just inside the entrance along the right side curbing.
The family wishes to express its appreciation for the care extended by the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Ambulance Corps and the nursing staff at Samaritan and Ellis Hospitals.
