These are pictures of Melissa and her Dad, Fran Nasner, my cousin, when we were all in Cape Cod for a vacation in 1990. Melissa, we are heartbroken that you are gone, we love you and will miss you terribly. Your are in our prayers. We know that you are with your Mom and other family members in Heaven. I have loved you dearly since you were born and were so happy when you came into our lives. So glad I spoke with you recently and have loved how you always called Me Aunt Laurie. Love you forever.

Melissa, your long-term friends are all so very sad to see you go. You were more loved than you knew. Absloutely memorable! We've been friends since we were teenagers! I know we all went different places with our lives, but you know I always cared about you. And I would have always been here for you. You were so full of life and love. You were such a good friend to me and always so generous and thoughtful to everybody. You were very caring. Talented. And bright. I'll never forget our movie Nights when we were young. Walking all the way to your house from Albany, laughing and singing! All of our adventures, and day trips. We did so many fun things together. You were loved by my parents and my sister. If it wasn't for you i never would had my daughter! Ill never forget our amazing road trip across country to reconnect with your biological mother!! Despite growing up with a great family, it was always your dream to reconnect with your biological family, and I'm so honored I got to be part of that! We got to experience so many states that week, and met so many interesting people. Wish you were here to laugh with me about that. I'm so happy that your dreams came true, sweetheart. I wish that I could press rewind back to early July and see your attempts to reconnect sooner. Despite being in the midst of frustrating renovations .. I would have gladly taken a break to catch up with you if I had only checked sooner. This has reminded me how precious our time on this Earth is. I will try to do better in the future. I will be there to say goodbye to you, one last time, but your memory lives on in my heart forever. Love you always, girl. ♡Sarbear
