Margaret C. Klingbeil, 83 of Northern Pines Rd. died on Saturday Feb. 8, 2020 at Saratoga hospital. She was born in Albany, NY on March 1, 1936 and was the daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth Smith Hausmann. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Klingbeil. Margaret retired as a cook from St. John Newmann in Saratoga Springs after 20 years of proud service. She enjoyed bingo, was a duck collector and had been a member of the Jonesville Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary. She lived for her family and especially her grandchildren. She was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church in Ushers, NY. She is the devoted mother of Carol A. Becktoft of Gloversville, NY, Annette M. O'Melia of Wilton, NY and James A. (Patricia) Klingbeil of Wilton, NY; Sister of Penelope Roberts, Jeannie Jones, Thomas Hausmann , Elizabeth Bruchholz and the late Harry Hausmann, Jr. and Philip Hausmann; also survived by 6 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held on Thursday evening at 7:00 pm in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, NY 12065. Calling hours will be from 4-7 pm Thursday in the funeral home prior to the service. Spring interment will be in the Clifton Park Village Cemetery.
