John Michael Peregrim, 59, of Spring Street, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, January 4, 2017. Born in Cohoes, he was the son of the late John L. and Louise French Peregrim and the stepson of the late Aileen French Peregrim. He loved music and most of all times spent with his family who nicknamed him "Squeaker" or "Johnny". Loving brother of Ronald (Laura) Peregrim, Donald (Elaine) Peregrim, Amy Peregrim, stepbrother of Steve Meachem, Sam (Bonnie) Meachem and Sarah (the late Mike) Ryan, beloved nephew of Julia (Manual) Ballestero, Ruth Thomas and Paul (Shirley) Pergrim, also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 RT-9, Clifton Park, New York 12065 with the service to be held at 7:00 p.m. John's family would like to express their sincere gratitude to his Case Worker Jennifer Van Slyke as well as to the entire staff of Saratoga Bridges at his Schuylerville residence for their love and care which had been provided to him.
