Pat was my dads best friend. They went way back to our Grace Court/Sixth Avenue days. Pat was a loyal, true, never wavering friend. My dad has been gone a long time now but Pat´s loyalty to our family never stopped. Since, I´ve lost my entire immediate family, the guy who always stood next to me through all of it was Pat Casale. I recall my sisters burial. Pat had just had a back operation. I turned in the cemetery, and there was Pat standing next to me barely able to walk with a cane. I was stunned that Pat would even attempt to attend, especially on uneven ground in a cemetery. He said, Cindy you´ve been through a lot of losses, and if you ever need anything, I´m a phone call away. His presence always was a huge support that I will forever be grateful for. Pat was a loyal, kind, loving, compassionate person; and a man of great integrity. His strength of character always left a person feeling better. He will be really missed, but he will never be forgotten. Thank you Pat Casale for all the goodness you gave to our world. You were one-in-a-million. Love and Condolences to your loving family.

We met Pat & Mary nearly 20 years ago at Beachwalk in Naples, Fl. and we became
close friends. He really loved his family children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed playing tennis back in the day along with walking the beach for miles. We had a group of friends who loved to go out to dinner and just socialize with one another. Pat enjoyed his drink an Old Fashion. Mary and I would go for our Cosmos. It will be hard to think that he no longer will be coming to Naples and be able to sit in his courtyard and enjoy the sun. He will be missed by many but we will feel his absence dearly. Our condolences to his entire family which are many. I will keep him in my prayers. We are saddened because we would loved to have been able to attend his funeral but that is life. Rest in Peace Pat.
Sincerely
Bob & Carol Uniacke

To the family of Pat Casale,
Pats' obit said he was the 'salt of the earth'. Could not have been described any better. He was a household name in our Troy community, displaying Christian values in everything he did. A devout family man first, second a well respected bipartisan servant and friend to all. He was a role model for many of us kids from Troy; a man of God who stood for all that was good. His hat was always in the ring for the Troy area and it's betterment, and his accomplishments stand tall.
The cloth he was cut from is sorely missed in our culture today. He was a gift from above. Condolences to the beautiful, giving family Pat and Mary created. Heaven is much better place today.

I haven't thought about Pat in the many years since I retired from the wine business, but I will never forget Pat getting into my VW beetle car in I think the summer of 1971 and driving to Syracuse ( and back) for our Wine Merchants orientation meetings.
As my career progressed as well as Pat's I would sometimes see him a trade shows. Every conversation was always interesting about the business and I remember him distinctly talking to me about the place he bought in Naples. Now retired I often think of Pat when we are in that part of Naples.
Although I haven't seen Pat in 15 years or so I will always remember him as a true gentleman and a great public servant.
RIP

Mary and Family,
Pat was one of Coach Dom Denio's boys at LaSalle. He was always kind and thoughtful to Dad through the years. My fondest memories was when as a State Police Sergeant in the Crime Lab, I was assigned to bring several Assault Weapons to the Capitol as a display for a press conference. Pat recognized me and asked if I could join him for lunch. I indicated I could not leave these weapons unguarded. He snuck we a huge cookie and bottle of water when no one was around. Always taking care of others!!
You and your family will be in the prayers of the Denio Family.
God Bless,
Dom Denio, Jr.
