Bal Kumari Devkota, 56, of Hudson, NY passed away on Nov. 10, 2022 at Albany Medical Center Hospital after a sudden illness.  She was born in  Sindhuli, Nepal on April 23, 1966 and was the daughter of Bishnu and Kamala Upreti.  She was the wife of Hari Kumar Devkota and came to the US in 2019.  

She is the mother of Susma, Asha, Nisha, Pratikshya and Pravash Devkota; sister of Raju K. Upreti and grandmother of Aaniva Karki.

Hindu funeral service will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm in the Gardner Earl Crematory at Oakwood Cemetery, 186 Oakwood Ave. Troy, New York 12182.
