My family had the privilege of living next door to Joe and Joan for close to twenty five years. Joe was the Patriarch of Ballina street, never missing a graduation party, prom pictures of our girls on the front lawn and the help he gave us with the annual opening of our pool. They were my children's third grandparents. Lots of great memories. R.I.P "Papa Joe", you were one of a kind.

I am sorry to hear about Uncle Joe's passing. He was one of my favorite uncles and I always remember him laughing and smiling. Even though I have lived away from the area for a long time I had a chance to see him a few years ago and he was his same joyful self that I remembered. My thoughts and prayers are with you Aunt Joan, Joe, Johnny and your families.

Joe always made me laugh. He was so much fun at our poker games at my home. We played together for 18 yrs along with his dear friend Sam Bizzarro. I hope he and Sam save me a seat at the poker table when we meet again.
