Michael W. "Mike" Vincent Obituary

Michael W. “Mike” Vincent, 65, formerly of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY.


 


Born in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI, he was the son of the late Thomas and Theresa Cote Vincent and was a graduate of Leominster (MA) High School. Mike then enlisted and served in the U.S. Army from 1977 to 1983 and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal (2nd Award), Professional Development Ribbon (1), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon and Driver’s Badge with Bar/Expert (Rifle).


 


Mr. Vincent retired in 2020 after over 30 years as a Field Service Rep with Solar Turbines, Inc., based in San Diego, CA.


 


Mike loved travelling, hiking, to ski and warm weather.


 


Survivors include two beloved sons; Johnathan (Carissa Daigle) Vincent and Nicholas (Colleen Resutko) Vincent, mother of the children Theresa M. Vincent, two cherished grandsons; Niko and Luca Vincent, three siblings Donna (Duane) Wilson, Francis Vincent and Patrick Vincent, and his loving nieces and nephews; Eric, Carl, Sean, Kevin, Julie, Luc, the late Dylan and Ryan.


 


Relatives and friends are invited to Calling Hours on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 RT-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065 where military honors will be rendered by the U.S. Army at 6:00 p.m.


 


Those desiring, may make memorial contributions to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl. Memphis, TN 38105 on on-line at www.st.jude.org in memory of Michael W. Vincent.
