Obituary of Margaret Rose Duncan
Merciful Josephine - What a life! On April, 7 2024 Margaret Rose Duncan, longtime resident of Waterford NY, left this world to be reunited with her husband of 60 years, Richard Duncan Sr.
Born August 24th, 1937, Marge was the only child of Daniel and Margaret Dolan of Lansingburg. Despite being an only child, she dedicated her life to her six children, Colleen (Richard) Northrup, Richard (Donna) Duncan Jr., Darleen(Gregory) Foster, Daniel, James, and Brian (Jennifer) Duncan. She would later become a grandmother to 9, great grandmother of 11, and adoptive mother to an escape artist guinea pig, a few dogs, any stray cat that crossed her path, and the meanest cat to ever live - who she affectionately named, "Sweet Pea".
There will be no services as Marge would have preferred if you provided a few minutes of comfort to a pet at your local animal shelter, or made a small donation to the ASPCA.
