Diamond Mingo, 29, passed away at Samaritan Hospital in Troy on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

 

Born a triplet in the Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of the late Carolyn Mingo and the late Marcus Eaddy and was a graduate of Troy High School.

 

Diamond had worked at Sonic in Latham.

 

She loved spending time with her two children Kyrie (age 9) and Kayden (age 6) and loved dancing, cooking and music.

 

Beloved mother of Kyrie and Kayden, devoted sister of Sandra (Darryn) Gaston, Jermaine Mingo, Jasmine Mingo, Brittany Mingo, remaining triplets Dominique and Danielle Mingo, and Ayana Bennett, Goddaughter of Marilyn Gist, niece of  Larry Cephas, Roger Dunbar Darryn Dunbar, Dolores Mingo, the late Evelyn Mingo and the late Michael Mingo, also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.

 

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by her Home Going Service at 11:00 a.m. all at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc., 565 Fourth Avenue, Troy, NY 12182.

 

Diamond’s family would like to offer their sincere appreciation to their family and friends for their comforting support and prayers.
