Obituary of Blanche Laura Parisi

Blanche Laura Parisi, 98, of 2292 Rt. 9, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017 with her son by her side.  She was born in Chazy Lake, NY on April 21, 1919 and was the daughter of the late William and Della Cadrette­.  She was the 7th. of 9 children born to William and Della, which included 3 brothers and 5 sisters.  She was the last surviving member of the 9 children.  Married in 1941 to Anthony V. Parisi, they were married for 55 years, until his passing in 1994.  She had worked at Loblaw and Central Markets for many years.  During the 1970’s Blanche worked for the NYS Dept. of Tax and Finance.  She loved being with family and friends and especially enjoyed cooking for them. She was an avid gardener, who also knitted, crocheted and collected recipe’s.  A great joy for Blanche was being a homemaker and mom.

She is the beloved mother of David Parisi of Malta; also survived by several nieces and nephews. 

She was well loved by everyone that new her.  She will be sincerely missed and much loved always.

A Memorial mass will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 12 :00 noon at Corpus Christi Church in Ushers.

Interment will be in New Hampshire at the convenience of the family.
