To my loving husband Dave, may you rest in peace, never to suffer in pain and discomfort! I love you to the moon and back and I miss you very much! You fought long and hard to kick Cancer's a$$, but I really wish I was granted the time with you to say our goodbyes as I was promised, but you knew I loved you and that's what matters the most!
